Refund policy
We offer replacement only in case the product is defective or incorrect.
Replacement
- Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- An unboxing video is mandatory to claim replacement
- Product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact
- Replacement is subject to verification of the issue
Return / Refund (Limited Cases Only)
- Returns or refunds are applicable only if replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability
- In such cases, refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method after verification
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Size or color preference
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen resolution
Once a replacement is approved, the product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.
