Refund policy

We offer replacement only in case the product is defective or incorrect.

Replacement

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim replacement
  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact
  • Replacement is subject to verification of the issue

Return / Refund (Limited Cases Only)

  • Returns or refunds are applicable only if replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability
  • In such cases, refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method after verification

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or color preference
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen resolution

Once a replacement is approved, the product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.
